Emmanuel Dubuisson, the CEO of the Valamka Group was inspired to create the foundation Onoriskoza by the children he has encountered throughout his career.
After 20 years of witnessing children working instead of attending school, he realized the profound need for a solution beyond humanitarian aid. It became clear that children need more than just temporary support—they need sustainable opportunities.

This specificity stems from the combined expertise of the foundation’s two co-founders: one specializes in implementing retail systems within the luxury industry, while the other focuses on designing ethical economic frameworks for the responsible management of natural resources, with the aim of removing financial leverage from armed groups.
We are equipped to operate in post-conflict or extremely impoverished countries that have been unable to consistently provide education services that meet international standards. Our intervention involves rebuilding educational and social infrastructure through a strategic lens—specifically, by developing a country’s hospitality capacities to create an environment conducive to the return of business communities, provided that conditions of stability are met.
Another key feature of our foundation is its statutory ability to be granted international legal personality by states, allowing it to operate effectively within the framework of its missions.
